Let's Put On A Play!

Students worked hard all week to prepare Where Are My Animal Friends? for Mrs. Wood's Kindergarten class to come and watch. Each child had a job to do or a role to play and they did it with gusto! We even got a nice thank you note from the Kindergarteners for inviting them.

Saluki Dogs

Ms. Tamarah Cook and Ms. Julie Strauss came to visit. They both work at SIU and show Saluki dogs in their free time. Happy Valentine's Day!

Make Way for Ducklings!

Butterflies

Chicks

Mrs. Farris from Ag in the Classroom brought us an incubator full of eggs and 21 days later we have a brood nest full of chicks! What a fun way to learn about life cycles.

Field Trip

We went to the Dixon Springs Agricultural Center for Stewardship Week to learn about conservation.
