Hello, my name is Mrs. Tester.  I am originally from Du Quoin, and I graduated from SIU-C in 2005.  Upon graduation, I moved to Springfield, IL and taught third grade for two years at Riverton Elementary School.  I met my husband, Corey, while I lived in Springfield.  We got married in the summer of 2007 and moved to New York City for his job.  What an adventure!  We lived in Manhattan, which was quite different than here, but the experience was one that I value.

I am excited to be back in the Midwest teaching third grade at Tri-C.  Some of my favorite things to do in this area are to go to the SIU basketball and football games, walk around Giant City, and spend time at Barnes & Noble.  :)
