All About Me
My name is Mrs. Kelly Webb. I am a 1996 graduate of Carterville High School and a 2000 graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. I began my teaching career at Unity Point School in Carbondale in 2000 where I taught third grade Title Reading. In 2001, I moved to Ottawa, Illinois and taught first grade for two years at Lincoln School before getting married and moving back to my hometown. I was very excited to get a job teaching at Tri-C Elementary School when I returned home. I taught first grade at Tri-C from 2003-2008. In 2008 I requested to move to Kindergarten. I love it! It is so amazing to watch and help the earliest learners in our building grow and change. After teaching a combination of fifth and sixth grades, my husband, Tom Webb, became the Assistant Principal of Carterville Intermediate School beginning the 2008-09 school year. We have two amazing and busy boys at home. Logan was born in November 2005 and Mason was born February 2009. Our home continues to be a wild place with these two little men around and I wouldn't have it any other way!
