Mediacom Communications is offering up to 50  $1,000 scholarships to seniors in areas of 15 states where it conducts business in its North Central Division through its World Class Scholarship Program.  Applications are available via Internet at www.mediacomworldclass.com. The deadline for applications is February 15, 2012.
 

Exceptional student leaders are invited to apply for the 2012 GE-Reagan  Foundation
Scholarship Program <http://reagan.convio.net/site/R?i=rbZ84iqAUYyB-wjLfyZtzg> .  In honor of the legacy and character of President Ronald Reagan, this program annually rewards up to 20 college-bound students who demonstrate exemplary leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship with
$10,000 renewable scholarships (up to $40,000 per recipient).  Applications
for the GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program will be accepted online
until February 17, 2012.

AXA Achievement Community Scholarship applications are available online at
www.axa-achievement.com .  Apply online by February 1, 2012.

Illinois PTA offers 2 scholarships in each of their 5 field service areas.
To be eligible students must be in upper 33% of class and entering an
education or education-related degree program.  Applications can be
downloaded at www.illinoispta.org and are due on or before February 17,
2012.

KFC Colonel's Scholars is looking for high school seniors with financial
need and an entrepreneurial spirit to qualify for the KFC Colonel's Scholars
Program.  Awards are up to $20,000 for tuition, fees, textbooks, room and
board.  Applications will be accepted online from December 1, 2011 to
February 8, 2012 at  <http://www.kfcscholars.org> www.kfcscholars.org.

The YMCA of the University of Illinois will accept applications for the Fred
S. Bailey Scholarship until February 28, 2012.  Additional information about
the scholarship requirements and criteria can be found at the following
