Hello, I
am happy to share that with the hire of two part time
nurses at Tri-C , my time will be focused at CIS and
CHS. My main office is located at the Intermediate
School and I go to the high school a few hours a week as
needed. I can be reached via email or

** If you
have any concerns about your child's vision or hearing
please contact me and I will be happy to include them in
my monthly vision and hearing screenings. (This is
open to all students K-12)**
High School students must have a
Tylenol Authorization form signed by parent
before Tylenol can be provided /self-administered at school.
If your child carries an inhaler, Epi-Pen, or other
emergency medications the
Emergency Med form
should be completed. If your child needs a
medication at school other than Tylenol or an Emergency
medication the complete the
other medication
