Course Information
Students in Web Page Design I will
learn the basics of web page design: planning and organizing content,
applying design principles, creating web pages, and creating/editing
graphics.
Students will be given several web site projects to design and create. Students are also given the opportunity to critique websites on the world wide web, as well as web sites of their peers.
Additional topics include web searching skills and time/project management. Students will also learn to use a scanner and a digital camera. Software that is used includes, but is not limited to, Microsoft Front Page, Adobe Photoshop, HTML editors.
