Spoiled Rotten Baby...Sanford

Mrs. Heal passed away on April 13, 2012 after a long battle with bone cancer.

We will miss her dearly.

Mrs. Deanna Heal taught Art I, II, III, and IV teacher at Carterville High School and five classes of 7th /8th graders at Carterville Intermediate School.  She worked at CHS since 2003.  She was born on May 14, 1963.  She lived and graduated in West Frankfort, Illinois.  Out of everyone at CHS, Mrs. Heal admires Mrs. Johnson the most.  Mrs. Heal is the kindest person you could ever meet. She really attaches to her students.  Three of Mrs. Heal's idols are her husband, mother, and her sisters.  Mrs. Heal has been married for 27 years (May 19, 2011) and has no children, although she does have one dog, a black lab and Australian Shepard mix.  Mrs. Heal says she has her mother's features, but has her father's skin color.

When asked who she'd save from a poisonous snake, she chose her husband.  He has stuck
with her thru cancer, good and bad.  She also states
he is understanding and supportive.
