Each 5th grade room requires the following:

3-ring zipper binder preferably with at least 3 accordion style pockets built in

3 - plastic pocket folders with brads

(red, blue, and 1 other color)

Pencil bag or pouch if the binder does not have organizational compartments for supplies

Multiple pkgs. #2 pencils, sharpened

1 large pink eraser or pkg. cap erasers

6 red pens

Pkg. Colored pencils

Pkg. Markers

2 low-odor dry erase markers

1 fine point sharpie (black)

1 highlighter

Scissors

4 large glue sticks

1 hand-held pencil sharpener (with cap for shavings)

4 pkg. wide-ruled loose leaf paper

Use one per quarter – Leave 3 at home to replenish supply when low.

2 – 70 count spiral notebooks

1 pkg. 3x5 ruled index cards

Clean gym shoes (new or used)

Assignment book (provided by school)
