Language

The 6th grade Language curriculum is a balance of grammar and writing. 

We will use the MacMillan/McGraw-Hill Language Arts textbook, as well as other resources, to study the different parts of speech. 

We will also spend a great deal of time exploring different types of writing: persuasive, narrative, and expository essays.
