Welcome to 5th Grade!

Important News & Reminders!

*Please look at and sign assignment book nightly.

*Students generally have time to start on homework in class. IF they use their time wisely and work hard they should be able to complete most of it. The rest should be completed at home.

*Students who have late work will bring home a green “Homework Excuse Note” to have signed by parents. Form will be stapled in assignment book.

*Remember, work that is one day late receives a 20% penalty. If work is not turned in until the 2^nd day after it is due, the grade will be a zero.

*Students who receive an F on daily work may correct the work on a separate sheet, staple it to the original and then turn it in on the following Monday. The grades will then be averaged. Late work, tests, and quizzes may not be corrected.

*I will try my best to get homework assignments posted each night. Please let me know if this is useful for you. Send me a note or e-mail to let me know you are using this site! Thanks!
