Purpose of Lion Learners

The Lion Learners club was developed and adapted from Mrs. Heather Renz, a teacher in Oregon. Her purpose for developing and implementing the program was to have students go "above and beyond" what they are learning in class. To join the Lion Learners Club, students must solve any of the activities on the list. The activities must be done at school during lunch recess or their free time. Students must present Mr. Owens with the answer to get credit. He will then keep track of the number of activities that each student completes. At the end of each nine weeks Mr. Owens will post a list of how many activities each student has completed. Good luck and I hope you enjoy.
