Haake/Shepard Discipline Plan

Rules:

1. Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

2. Follow directions at all times.

3. Be prepared for class.

4. Take turns when speaking.

5. Respect others.

Consequences:

1. Verbal Warning

2. A check by name on behavior chart

3. Continuation of behavior will result in further checks and possible student conference with teacher.

4. Three checks in a one-week period results in loss of Friday recess.

5. Four checks or more in a one-week period results in a check on the Great Behavin’ Clipboard.

6. More than five checks in a one-week period may result in a referral to the office.

**A severe violation or chronic misbehavior may result in an automatic loss of privilege, notification of parent, and a conference with Mr. Webb.
