Carterville CUSD #5 is teaming up with the City of Carterville to help stock our local food pantry. Please consider donating to help those in our community.

Potential Severe Weather Update: As we continue to monitor the potential inclement weather in our area, we want to assure you that we plan to remain in session until normal dismissal times. As the forecast continues to evolve in real time, if students need to be held due to weather at regular dismissal, we are prepared to hold and adjust accordingly. If that occurs, we will send another message announcing the delay. As shared in our message on Monday, for many, our school facilities may be structurally safer than other alternative locations. In addition, many of our parents are still at work. Safety is always our top priority and we thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this ever evolving forecast.

2024 LIL LIONS VOLLEYBALL CAMP INFO: Carterville Volleyball is excited to host our youth summer camp on Wednesday, June 12 through Friday, June 14 for UPCOMING 3rd through 8th grade students (2024-25 school year). This is available to ANY student entering 3rd-8th grade for the 2024-25 school year from. (This is open to any student from any school). 3rd-4th grade players will participate in the first session (8:30-10:00) 5th-6th will attend second session from 10:30-12:00 7th-8th grade players will attend the third session (12:30-2:00). $40 will cover a t-shirt and all the fun you can handle. We can't wait to work with you on all volleyball skills.
