This week the students at Carterville Intermediate School participated in multiple safety drills. The completed drills included a bus evacuation drill, shelter in place/tornado drill, lockdown drill and the fire/evacuation drill (pictured above). Student safety is our number one priority, so we use our drills and conversations within the classroom to prepare our students in case of a real emergency.
