📚 Several of our 3rd grade students had an unforgettable day at John A. Logan College’s Purdy School — stepping back in time to experience life in a one-room schoolhouse! From slate boards to reciting lessons, students got a glimpse of what school was like over a century ago.
A huge thank you to former Tri-C Elementary teacher, Mrs. Jackie Koonce, for leading the lessons and bringing history to life for our students. 🦁
